Purpose: To
provide customers with the highest quality cleaning service
possible at a competitive price and in a reasonable
time.
Our
Guarantee: Berthon’s Cleaners, Inc. guarantees to follow the
manufacturers care label instructions in each item processed
and use International Fabricare Institute recommended cleaning
procedures for the best job possible. In the event there is no
care label we will use the method deemed appropriate by our
experienced dry-cleaning personnel. Berthon’s Cleaners, Inc.
will accept responsibility for loss or damage due to the
negligence of Berthon’s Cleaners or Berthon’s Cleaners
employees. The maximum amount of liability will be the
depreciated value of the item or ten times the cleaning
charges whichever is less. Berthon’s Cleaners does not accept
responsibility for items improperly manufactured or improperly
labeled or items processed under a customer release. Berthon’s
Cleaners does not guarantee spot removal and we will expect
payment for services rendered on any item that has been
pressed.
